With the state of the world as it is, currently (and worryingly) women’s rights are being called into question.
This got myself and a designer colleague thinking about the history, or HERstory, of women’s rights in Berlin and Germany.
With a colleague survey, a compiled timeline and a colour palette mimicking the “traditional feminine” stereotype, we presented our findings at the townhall and board meetings. T
hrough this we actually able to affect change in the agency’s pay and transparency policy, strengthening inter-company relationships.
